Welcome to Open Mind Hypnotherapy Singapore. It is my pleasure to be working in an area which is new and fascinating and where I can help to improve people’s lives.
Life is a beautiful journey of experiences and we are constantly being challenged emotionally, mentally and physically. Sometimes, our emotions get the best of us when we are for instance being faced with: adversity in the form of painful breakup or divorce, loss of a loved one, getting hurt in relationships or dissatisfaction in your job.
Very often we cannot change the external stimuli you are faced with but we can change how we act and react to those difficult or complicated events in our life!
You may often be unaware of the causes of negative emotions and behaviours that have been a part of our life for years. When something happens to us, we remember it and learn a particular reaction in response to what happened. Each time something similar happens, our physical and emotional reactions attached to the memory are repeated. In some cases these reactions are unhealthy.
A hypnotherapist helps you to separate the memory from the learnt behaviour, and replace unhealthy behaviours with new and healthier ones. Hypnotherapy thus resolves the root of these problems, which is why it is so effective and long lasting.
